This twin-pillar horizontal bandsaws have been designed to provide a low cost, compact and rigid machine.The bow is constructed in heavy gauge steel. It is mounted at two chromed and grinded pillars offering a strong rigid sawframe. This design provides a high degree of accurancy when cutting. The machines are fitted with a removable coolant tank incorporating a submerged electric coolant pump which supplies coolant to both guide assemblies. These models are suitable with most types of material. Blade guides with rollers and carbide pads provide precise support for the blade. Thermal overload and no-volt release are standard features. The machines automatically switch off at the end of the cut and the sawframe is lifted up hydraulically to the adjusted level.

Horizontal band saw with linear guideways, ideal for mitre cuts between 90° and +30°. Auto height adjustment sensors ensure that the bow can approach the material at high speed. The hydraulic cutting control makes the bow rise up again after a cut has been made. This process is controlled by a digital counter on the control panel.
